Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Location: Nagpur / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Must have skills:

• Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development across multiple modules
• Strong expertise in RICEF objects, enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits), and performance tuning
• Proven experience in SAP migration projects
• Proficiency in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and ALV reporting
• Deep understanding of SAP Data Dictionary and debugging tools
• Experience with OData services and basic SAP Fiori integration
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including task allocation and code reviews
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Good to have skills:

• Experience with CDS Views and AMDP in S/4HANA for advanced data modeling and performance
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Web Dynpro for process automation and UI development
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration tools like SUM, DMO, or custom code

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP development

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 9+ years of overall experience in IT or SAP environments, with a minimum of 2+ years in SAP ABAP development
• Hands-on experience in custom development, enhancements, and integration across SAP modules
• Exposure to database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems
