About the Role

We are seeking experienced Guidewire Business Analysts to support large-scale insurance platform implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and a solid understanding of the P&C insurance domain.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams
  • Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
  • Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
  • Experience in UAT and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Guidewire certifications
