About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Telecom (Telco) domain experience and hands-on expertise in OmniScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will work on Salesforce-based applications supporting telecom processes, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in a remote contract setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniScript, LWC, and Apex.
  • Build and customize OmniScripts to support complex Telco business workflows.
  • Develop responsive and reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate Telco requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Mandatory Telco domain experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in OmniScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Good knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, integrations, and debugging.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
