About the Role

We are seeking a talented C# .NET Developer with 3–4 years of experience in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React JS, and SQL Server. This is a US support role requiring availability during US business hours. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, able to work independently, and comfortable collaborating with support teams across the UK and US. Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UK/US support teams to investigate and resolve client-reported issues.
  • Join client calls to gather problem details, provide updates, and ensure clear communication.
  • Develop and maintain features using ASP.NET, MVC, Angular or React JS.
  • Write, debug, and optimize SQL Server queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Document solutions and follow support processes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and product features.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React JS.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, debugging).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global teams and clients.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work US business hours.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and concepts rapidly.
