 About the Role

We are looking for skilled Guidewire Developers to
support large-scale insurance platform implementations and transformation
initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire
InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and strong
technical expertise in development and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customise Guidewire
    applications
  • Work on Gosu, Java, and Guidewire configurations
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP
    APIs
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and other
    stakeholders
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application
    performance
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best
    practices
  • Support deployment and production issues

 Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Guidewire development
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire
    InsuranceSuite
  • Strong expertise in Gosu and Java
  • Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of Guidewire data model and configuration
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty
    (P&C) Insurance
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

 Nice to Have

  • Guidewire certifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
